Carter Murray have partnered with a scale-up global SaaS brand who are in growth mode who are looking to hire an Onboarding Specialist to join to support their busy Customer Success team with new client onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is a high-achieving and ambitious individual, who can handle complex software and excel through self-motivation and personal drive.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new customers, beginning to end – from ales handover to configuration to training, ensuring that software rollout is a smooth and quick as possible.
- Deliver confident training sessions which educate and enable new to uses, outlining the benefits of the software while communicating the value to customers and installing confidence in the product.
- Nurturing customers towards a successful implementation using intimate knowledge of both the industry and the product.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customers are comfortable using the software by delivering training and webinars.
- Bring your own personality to develop rapport and meaningful relationships with customers, building connections and gaining trust.
- Collect product feedback from customers and share it with the relevant teams, managing communication of the request through to completion and communication product changes to customer.
- Resolve time sensitive and high-pressure queries.
- Resolve technical implementation issues where possible, otherwise escalating to technical support department.
Skills/Experiences
- Minimum 1 years of B2B SaaS onboarding, responsible for high volume accounts.
- Proven self-starter, hardworking with strong initiative.
- Positive attitude, empathy and high energy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
