We are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading international distributor of sports nutrition products to help them find a Non-Executive Director.


This is an exciting time to be joining our client as the majority share has recently been purchased by a leading PE Business who are now focussing on growing the business with impressive targets.


In this advisory position you will be expected to travel to meetings in the UAE for between 12 and 15 days a year, where you will be expected to advise senior board members on how hit key growth targets. In this position you will be expected to:

  • Attend 4/5 Board Meetings Annually in the UAE
  • Use your experience and knowledge to support the board on strategic decision making
  • Advise CEO on key initiatives
  • Help devise what good looks like and identify KPIs
  • Be dispassionate and objective in your advice
  • Contribute to significant business growth


This is a senior position, vital to our client's future growth and as such we are looking for an industry expert. To be considered as a candidate for the Non-Executive Director role you will require:

  • Experience in; nutrition, supplement, vitamins or healthy lifestyle industry.
  • Have worked in a similar advisory role
  • Understands nuances of combining company cultures
  • Defining clear growth strategies
  • Working with last mile distribution
  • Have worked in a rapidly growing business
  • Any direct to consumer experience or eCommerce is highly desirable
