Major Retail Estate company are in search for a National Loyalty Marketing Executive to join their Central London Office.

This company operates in both UK and Spain attracting over 400 million visitors to their centres annually. Since 2016 this loyalty programme has more than doubled in revenue.

About you:
- Retail background with project management experience
- Knowledge of Gift Card programmes preferable
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-directed, results driven and a team player
- Good at fostering relationships and partnerships
- Customer service focussed
- Effective organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise
- Good IT literacy, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of CRM systems would be beneficial

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Head of Group Marketing to develop and grow loyalty/Gift card sales, as well as supporting delivery of Gift Card related projects and initiatives

  • Support the key business metrics for gift cards with a view to increasing sales, revenue and customer awareness

  • Help to deliver the marketing plan for gift cards in collaboration with the Group Marketing team

  • Support centres with queries relating to the operation of the gift card programme by following guidelines and processes, as well as customer service enquiries

  • Manage the business information and reporting function for the gift card programmes

  • Work collaboratively with the relevant stakeholders to gain & share knowledge and best practice across the business

Areas of Responsibility

  • Support the Head of Group Marketing by being a main day to day contact with our Gift Card partner (Flex-e-card)

  • Become the centre's main day to day contact for gift card support and enquiries forging strong relationships with the centre management teams

  • Attend gift card industry meetings to share knowledge and best practice

  • Responsibility for the gift card internal communication plan including reports, briefings, training and email updates

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing and new programme projects and developments

  • Be responsible for implementing new initiatives on time and within budget

  • Manage and oversee the gift card website ensuring content is always relevant

  • Work with the Head of Group Marketing to add input and feedback into the development of sales collateral and the wider gift card proposition

  • Ensure programme is being well administered with strong customer satisfaction
