Global Leader in the Enclosures and Industrial Components Industry is now looking to recruit a National Business Development Manager for their Milan office.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Engineering, have acquired 3 years of experience selling to B2B Clients, and have perfect knowledge of both Italian and English. The person will also be enthusiastic at the idea of spending over 60% of their time outside of the Milan office, to become a market specialist, maintain client relationships, and develop new accounts.
- Market Analysis, understand trends / requirements, and provide suggestions to the R&D team.
- Identify and qualify prospects via Phone and Face to Face meetings;
- Understand the client's needs, and generate new accounts;
- Utilize a consultative approach throughout the entire process;
- Maintain and develop relationships with exhisting clients.
