- Plan and deliver effective marketing activities and provide integrated marketing support (above-the-line, below-the-line, online, events, media relations) to the institutional business.
- Utilise a strong digital marketing skill set to develop and manage digital content and marketing automation and reporting
- Build strong trusting relationships with internal business partners across marketing, product, sales, compliance and client relations on a regional level
- End to end event delivery, from idea conception to on the day execution
- Mentor and provide guidance to more junior team members
- A solid track record of success in providing marketing solutions in asset management business or institutional financial services firm
- Knowledge of investment products is needed
- Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, SEM and analytics. Experience in CRM and marketing automation to effectively drive business
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- A strong project manager and ability to coordinate campaigns with multiple teams on a regional level
