We are recruiting a Marketing Manager position for a rapidly growing financial services firm. This role is based in Hong Kong within their global headquarters and will have reponsibility for leading a regional marketing team.   • Implement firms marketing strategy and associated programs through leveraging client insights and research
  • Lead a team of three across Asia
  • Support new business initiatives as required
  • Contribute ideas to marketing and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure our all distribution and marketing initiatives are implemented on time
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies
  • Provide marketing support for client engagement, growth, and retention campaigns
  • Work with the Senior Management & Product team to develop customer value propositions, product offers, marketing strategy and channel plans, in close consultation with our business partners
  • Drive campaign implementation – through day-to-day management of agencies, suppliers & partners, and by coordinating creative, production, data selections/extracts, stakeholder sign-offs and the continuous performance
  • Lead development of Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for all campaigns and ensure learnings are incorporated into future activities
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant, has business sign-off and are consistent with brand positioning, values, tone of voice and design guidelines
  • Lead content adaptation and review sign off in both English & Chinese language, for a variety of marketing collateral including presentations, invites, product sheets, email campaigns
  • Assist with the preparation of management sales decks and Information Memorandum presentations
  • Drive analytics and data capture to ensure KPIs are met informs improvement on email, advertising, digital marketing efforts
  • Keep abreast of market trends and provide timely update and analysis to management


  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of solid experience in marketing in banking/finance industry
  • A ‘marketing generalist’ with functional working experience across a broad range of marketing job functions (campaign management, PR & communications, product development, sales collateral creative & design, brand management, content marketing, social media etc.)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple programs at once
  • Strong end-to-end campaign management and execution including campaign strategy and briefs, managing media and creative agencies, data briefs, understanding media strategy, campaign reporting and optimization
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
