NEW Marketing Manager role with leading Accountancy firm.
The new Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and take full responsibility for the high quality delivery of the firm's marketing plan which supports a well established sector focused go to market strategy and more recent marketing activity by the service lines. You will monitor progress, spend and performance of the marketing plan and adapt the plan as required throughout the year to leverage new opportunities as they arise. You will act as a key liaison point for the partner group and Marketing team. You will have two direct reports and take direct operational responsibility for delivering marketing initiatives for specific sectors and service lines.
Successful candidates will have previous marketing experience from within the professional services and be able to build strong work relationships with individuals at all levels. You will also have up to date knowledge of digital and tools available for the team to use. You will have experience supervising others too.
