MARKETING LEAD – ETFs, (within a GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT firm)
BASED LONDON (hybrid working)

Exciting new opportunity to join a leading global asset management industry where you will lead the global marketing strategy for the ETF product range. Working closely with the Global Head of Sales as well as regional marketing teams, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the global marketing strategy for the growing ETF product range to drive visibility of the organisation within the ETF space
You will be an experienced Marketing professional with a proven track record in the ETF space
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the key marketing point of contact for the ETF business, working very closely with the Global Head of ETF sales and ensuring that marketing is aligned to the overall business objectives
- Develop and delivery high quality, high impact campaigns while setting objectives, developing messages, defining customer journey and project managing delivery of all activities across a broad range of channels.
Manage a range of marketing activities including advertising, email marketing, events (industry and proprietary), videos, client communications, web, social media, content (brochures and presentations), industry award submissions and research.
- Take ownership for ensuring an excellent client experience along all touchpoints, in particular through digital marketing efforts including emails, web, social media, events… And ensuring that there is a clear content plan in place
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as agencies and consultants, to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including regional marketing teams to ensure that marketing plans are adapted for different regional/local markets as well as with product development, legal, and compliance etc
- Manage the ETF marketing budget and track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities being undertaken for ETFs.
Experience required;
-You’ll need a good understanding and a proven track record in the ETF space (essential) gained within an Investment Management environment
-Broad marketing experience-across offline and digital marketing, including across content and events
-Strong strategic thinker, with the ability to oversee the operational aspects of marketing delivery too
-Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
-Additional European languages such as Spanish and German would be helpful but are not essential
