Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with an industry leading Law firm who are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with knowledge of commercial law and experience taking responsibility for driving action, developing and implementing marketing strategies to join the business at a critical stage in their growth plans in the UK and globally.
Role Overview
You will report to the Marketing & BD Manager in planning, developing and executing marketing strategies and events across each of the teams to drive client acquisition and retain existing clients
Key Responsibilities
- You will be key in raising the firm’s profile and increasing instructions from existing clients.
- Support the teams with ad-hoc pitches and presentations.
- Be a brand ambassador for the firm.
- Manage the website and intranet; recommend developments to maintain and improve our presence across these platforms to optimise user experience, monitoring SEO and SEM.
- Managing, maximising and tracking marketing campaigns to drive new prospects into the firm and/or retain existing clients.
- Create marketing collateral, evolving brand guidelines, promoting culture and values within the firm.
- Consistently improve internal comms to increase employee engagement

- Highly creative, motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing.
- Confidence to work with senior management on an individual and group basis.
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work across multiple teams.
- Flexible and willingness to learn.
- Strong team player.
- Uses own initiative to prioritise and plan workload.
- Strong organisation and administrative skills.
- Experience of running innovative marketing campaigns that help differentiate us from competitors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience creating and updating marketing collateral.
