As Marketing Director, you will have full accountability for building a 3-year marketing strategy for a portfolio of the leading brands on behalf of all UK and international destinations.
As the lead on marketing, you will work with your retail and remerchandising teams to encourage greater participation by the brands in the business' marketing activities, with the ultimate aim of driving their performance across all destinations.
Securing the brands' involvement and permissions will entails working with other parts of the business, aimed at existing or future business development activities with the brands.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
Demonstrable and extensive experience of providing leadership in commercial brand campaign activity.
Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills - internal and external.
Ideally international experience, with multicultural sensitivity and experience of cross functional cooperation.
Ability to think strategically and to anticipate and plan for greater results.
Experience in marketing-related partnerships or account management
