Marketing Coordinator
A leading law firm are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their London team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing (Europe), the coordinator will support the full range of marketing and business development activities for their London and Brussels offices.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Supporting the drafting, proofreading and publication of firm news, client-facing announcements, web content, blog postings, and thought leadership articles.
- Assisting in the drafting, proofing and submission of Surveys and Award submissions.
- Assisting with social media posts and updating lawyer profiles on LinkedIn.
- Assisting with sourcing media coverage.
- Working with the wider marketing team on client events including webinars, seminars, private dinners and hosted receptions.
- Assisting with the production and updating of materials and capability statements – both office wide and practice area.
- Assisting with the production of pitch documents and decks.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated marketing experience, ideally from another law firm or professional services environment.
