Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to company objectives and the German market.
  • Recognize market trends, competitive challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage daily operations across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service.
  • Apply best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Create annual budgets and financial plans with the finance team.
  • Monitor financial performance and take corrective measures when needed.
  • Increase revenue through effective pricing strategies and market expansion.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the main contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and manage operational, legal, and financial risks, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior leadership role with a proven record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of the German market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong financial skills with experience in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on results.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative decision-making style.
