The purpose of the 6-month fixed term contract is to project manage the transition of a loyalty club from an external agency to internal teams. This will involve working with internal stakeholders to build the loyalty strategy going forwards, working with technical teams, loyalty/membership and CRM teams, marketing, commercial teams and legal teams.
