£28,000 – £32,000 plus commission

Carter Murray have partnered with a scale-up SaaS brand based in London who are seeking to add a Customer Success Manager to their growing team to help manage their ever-growing customer portfolio. They are currently going through Series C funding and have grown significantly in terms of both client base and have added a number of fresh facers across the business which is bringing with it renewed success and lots of fresh ideas. CSR and the social community value is at the heart of everything they do.


  • Client relationship management, upselling and retention.
  • Fully manage your customers smooth onboarding process, keep close to and expand account values for a wide range of public and private sector clients.
  • Develop client-facing reports on outcomes and achievements.
  • Analysis of project performance and key metrics.
  • Reviewing high volumes of data and evidence measured on the portal.
  • Daily use of Salesforce.


  • Customer success/project management background with experience of managing key client relationships.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable leading client presentations and demos.
  • High level of numeracy and the ability to work with and analyse data.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Customer Success and relationship management.
  • Previous experience working on Salesforce or similar CRM system.
