Key Accountabilities

  • Grow Revenue: You’ll identify and develop new customers and business activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maximize Export Opportunities: Utilize the extensive product portfolio to provide innovative solutions for both new and existing customers, capitalizing on export potential.
  • Increase Sales Volume: Develop new business and manage existing accounts to boost IPE product sales. You’ll also support product and market development, technical support, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and nurture close relationships with key decision-makers in target customer organizations.
  • Innovate and Develop Products: Contribute to product innovation and development, ensuring the delivery of optimized solutions for the customers.
  • Implement Strategy: Execute the IPE strategy for export regions and develop a cohesive sales strategy to achieve consistent year-on-year growth.
  • Manage Customer Accounts: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers while proactively seeking new customers and markets to meet their evolving needs.
  • Achieve Results Efficiently: Deliver results in a safe, efficient, quality-focused, and commercially viable manner, adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify Trends and Opportunities: Stay alert to key trends, opportunities, and risks impacting the business.
  • Participate in EU Tenders: Engage in tenders from various utility companies across the EU.
  • Drive Sales: Conduct both direct and indirect sales efforts targeting contractors.
  • Provide Accurate Forecasts: Maintain up-to-date and precise sales pipeline forecasts.
  • Manage Pricing and Margins: Oversee pricing levels and take ownership of customer margins to ensure profitability.

Professional Background

  • Commercial or International Sales Experience: You should have significant experience in a commercial or export role within the same or a related market or product sector.
  • Telecom, Energy, and Infrastructure Knowledge: A strong background and practical experience in the telecom, energy, and infrastructure industry are essential.
  • Specification Selling Expertise: You should be skilled in specification selling, having successfully developed product-based sales strategies in the construction and/or utilities market.
  • Global Market Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in growing and developing export markets worldwide is a plus.
