Carter Murray have partnered with a leading, global, Insurer assisting with the recruitment for an Internal Communications Manager, based in their London office.
Reporting into Group Corporate Communications, but embedded in the IT and HR teams, the Internal Communications Manager will support the delivery of clear, well-planned, audience-focused, effective IT and HR communications as well as providing communications support to other departments as required.
With at least five years' experience in designing and delivering engaging and impactful communications programmes, the Internal Communications Manager will be comfortable identifying and prioritising communications needs. The jobholder will be responsible for the implementation of communication plans, from understanding stakeholder requirements through to writing, and seeking senior stakeholder approval for all internal communications deriving from Hyperion IT and HR.
