Carter Murray have taken on an exclusive permanent contract with a leading energy company to bring you this Internal Communications Manager role.
The Role
This Internal Communications Manager role will be supporting the Senior Manager of Internal Communications and Director of Communications, working specifically around engagement of the growing workforce as their project continues towards full construction.
- Develop a wide network within the business
- Work closely with HR to improve employee engagement
- Generate ideas for internal news stories and events
- Manages the evaluation of all internal communications

Candidate profile:
- Experience working in an internal communications role is essential.
- Storytelling and writing skills.
- Efficient and experienced in turning around communications.
- Knowledge and understanding of energy and nuclear issues is desirable, although backgrounds in engineering, infrastructure, construction sectors are also welcome to apply.
