Carter Murray are currently partnered with an extremely well-known brand in Bracknell who have a newly created opportunity for an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Specialist to join the business.

As a key part of their Centre of Excellence team you will be responsible for supporting and delivering their strategic programmes across both internal communications and employer branding for UK and Europe.

Working closely with HR you will be responsible for creating and developing their internal communications and employee engagement across internal news, diversity, inclusion and belonging, wellbeing, learning and development and talent attraction and development. You will focus on driving the effectiveness of communications across the business and strengthen the bond between the employees and the business, whilst providing guidance and expertise to other HR team members on tone of voice and comms plans to support their projects.

In addition you will work extremely closely with Marketing to define and develop their employer brand and EVP bringing their purpose and values to life. You will create and deliver solutions that are creative, innovative and compelling, inspiring external candidates to want to work there and internal colleagues to stay. You’ll partner with the recruitment team to expand online presence across employment sites and social media platforms, to draw prospective employees to their careers pages.

The ideal candidate will have a background in a Marketing/ Comms role with strong copywriting experience ideally with internal/ employee comms experience. You will need to have experience in working with multiple stakeholders to create innovative ideas and campaigns driving both awareness and engagement and have a passion for employer branding and employee engagement.

In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience, 23 days holiday (rising with service), company pension, discount on products and free parking on-site.

Hybrid working with offices in Bracknell.
