NEW Head of Relationships role with International law firm.
The Head of Relationships will develop, implement, support and track key relationship activity across this international law firm. You will act as an ambassador for the team in a firm that is evolving quickly and values the input of the firm's Business Development and Marketing professionals. The Relationship team works to deliver integrated programmes in support of the intermediaries and key client initiatives, supports the work of the International Committee in overseeing the strategic focus, the international relationships with associations and good friend law firms and ensures that the culture of CRM is championed across the firm. You will work with the Director of Business Development and Communications to develop and shape the firms relationship strategy and plan and implement relationship programmes that develop the firm's brand and enhance its reputation in the key markets and sectors.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a relationship marketing role with experience of running client listening programmes and working with CRM systems. You will be able to manage and influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively.
