Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and achieve lead generation targets across multiple product lines and markets.
  • Oversee all marketing operations, including campaign planning, budget allocation, resource management, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Optimise lead generation processes and systems to maximize efficiency and ROI, leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and champion innovation and experimentation to drive marketing excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing operations and lead generation, preferably within the publishing, scientific, or academic industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing lead generation strategies and achieving measurable results in a global and complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and achieving business objectives.
