I am working with a tech research company on an Head of Internal Communications, based in London. The purpose of this role is to lead on developing the communications function and strategy, with a focus on internal communications and transformation.
The role works closely with the Executive Management Team to devise the strategy and implement an effective internal communications plan to maximise employee engagement. You will also be tasked with delivering a change management plan as the organisation goes through a time of change.
The client is looking for someone with a proven track record in driving forward internal communications objectives and plans and leading on varied change management communications. As ever, with internal communications, you will need to be experienced in managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
The right candidate for this role will have considerable experience developing and implementing new internal communications initiatives and change management in tech and start-up organisations.
