An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Head of Internal Communications to join a high-profile regulator in London.
You will lead a team of four, working as part of a wider communications team - which spans external communications, digital and creative services.
You should have previous experience of running a high performing internal communications team through change and digital transformation.
Reporting into the Communications Director, you will have responsibility for the day to day running of a busy internal communications function.
As leader of the team, you will lead the development, design and implementation of the internal communications strategy and plans
- Ability to work independently, while also seeking input and perspectives from a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience developing and delivering communications strategies that support organisation priorities and deliver change.
- Previous experience managing a high-performing internal communications team.
- Extensive knowledge of current internal communications practices, including evaluation and benchmarking, techniques for building engagement, and a detailed knowledge of current digital communication channels.
