Exciting new opportunity has arisen at our client, a dynamic, successful and high growth financial services business. Reporting into the CMO, you will be leading the digital acquisition team that is responsible for owning, managing and executing the strategy for Acquisition channels with the goal of increasing traffic, retention and revenue. You will own the acquisition funnel to drive new customer growth and meet KPIs.

You’ll need a proven track record in a B2C senior digital leadership roles, including strong experience in acquisition, ideally with experience of working in a business with a subscription model. Financial Services experience will be advantageous


  • Define and implement the customer acquisition strategy
  • Developing new channels to acquire new customers
  • Optimise existing channels to drive growth, and as part of this understand the latest bid management techniques and optimisation with a track record of delivering return on investment
  • Develop and further build a high-performing internal team and work with key agency partners
  • Drive awareness of the propositional offering
  • Improve onsite conversion rates to maximise new customer volumes
  • Meet new customer targets
  • Lead a working group across tech, content and acquisition to maximise the effectiveness of SEO
  • Hands on full funnel digital marketing operations and strategy responsibility
  • Collaborate closely with other channels and Departments (incl Analytics, CRM & SEO)
  • Work with analytics and customer insights specialists to define and execute the right measurement, tracking and attribution strategy
  • Work with the ExCo to deliver commercial success
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve Marketing performance
  • Motivate and engage the team, ensuring team objectives align to and support the overall business objectives
  • Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to the team


  • Experience in a Business to Consumer digital marketing leadership role, with strong experience in acquisition (essential)
  • Ideally you will have experience across search marketing, SEO, display and affiliate marketing
  • History of driving performance and growth
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
  • Identifying opportunities for campaign growth
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Digital platforms such as Google 360, Google Marketing Platform, A/B testing platform, Bing Ads etc
  • Highly analytical and KPI driven, structured thinker with strong attention to detail and proven ability to build effective digital marketing strategies and grow businesses
  • Comfortable working with ExCo/senior leadership teams
  • Strong leadership/people management skills-proven track record of managing and motivating teams
