A well know iconic Australian cosmetic brand is looking for a Head of Digital, to drive digital marketing channels and Ecommerce. This is a well-established organisation with big plans for growth in Australia and internationally; they are looking for a digitally and Ecommerce focused person to grow the business online presence.
The successful candidate will be broadly responsible for the following:
- Delivering regional brand sites for different markets
- Complete ownership of online P&L in line with budget
- Creating new e-commerce initiatives to drive sales
- Lead Development of strong social media presence across all channels in all countries
- Develop strategies to drive brand awareness and presence
- Be the champion for digital across the business working with senior stakeholders to drive the digital strategy
- Proven experience in implementing Customer Relationship Marketing strategy
- Launch a digital dashboard to report on crucial metrics regularly
- Analyse e-commerce sector within different regions
- Monthly insights and reporting to test and optimise performance
This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience in a FMCG, cosmetics or Ecommerce background driving the performance of the online store across all digital channels. You will have also be able to work with senior stakeholders and be commercially results driven.
