Job Responsibilities:

As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the company’s digital strategy to enhance brand awareness, increase online visibility, and drive customer engagement.
  • Managing and optimising the website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and regularly updated with relevant content.
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align digital initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timelines.
  • Leading a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven senior level digital experience as a Head of Digital or Digital Lead preferably with retail luxury brands.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
