I am working with a FTSE 100 company, who are looking for a Head of Creative to support the Internal Communications function.
This client is a renowned national brand who is going through extremely exciting changes, and requires an exceptional person who gets both creative and channels to join and lead a team of over 20 internal communication specialists.
You need to be up to date with how people consume content internally as well as in their own free time, be an excellent leader and know how to run a big and brilliant team.
You will have experience of running a suite of channels, which you will be able to improve.
You'll be on the pulse of market context, digital developments and creative best practice to advise the Director of Internal Communications and lead your team to regular innovation.
