A senior business development role has arisen at a leading global law firm. Working globally, this key, leadership role focuses on developing client understanding and the key issues that are going to affect them, positioning the firm as the trusted expert advisor of choice to those organisations. You'll be a key driver of how legal solutions are developed, positioned and then delivered to clients working with partners and client teams globally. The firm have structured the marketing and BD function so that the teams can concentrate on delivering the pro-active, high-value work that commercially strong BD professionals want to focus on instead of having capacity taken up with reactive tasks.
The ideal candidate is a senior, strategic business development professional who can demonstrate a strong track record of working with clients, understanding their pain-points and designing and delivering solutions to around those. Commercial acumen and opportunity spotting are key in this role along with the ability to develop global relationships and the firm are happy to speak to candidates with either professional services or financial services backgrounds.
