Carter Murray have exclusively partnered with a leading digital careers platform who are looking to add an experienced Head of B2B Marketing to their team.

The Role

As Head of B2B Marketing you will lead the B2B team, driving revenue growth and delivering excellent marketing to clients and future prospects, becoming the number one place for employers to hire graduates.


  • Oversee and implement B2B marketing strategy
  • Be responsible for lead generation, trialling new channels and scaling those that are working
  • Work with the New Business Director to build and hone the lead nurturing journeys for leads
  • Work with the Commercial Director to deliver excellent experience and messaging for current clients, supporting the sales team achieve ~25% revenue growth across their accounts
  • Take ownership of the data analytics across the marketing and sales functions, ensuring we can make informed decisions and understand our ROI from marketing spend
  • Lead the PR and thought leadership efforts to drive brand awareness across the sector and beyond
  • Own the B2B brand, ensuring the messaging is consistent and reflects the direction the business is going
  • Manage a budget and lead a team of 4 marketers to achieve goals (with the potential to build out the team further this year)
  • Support the launch into two international markets this financial year

Experience & Skills

  • B2B marketing experience, with a track record of devising and implementing strategy, as well as delivery of campaigns
  • A strong track record of delivering on or above target lead generation
  • Experience leading teams, nurturing talent and motivating others to achieve the wider team goals
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with entrepreneurial energy, creativity and a customer first mindset
  • A strong focus on data-driven decisions, with experience setting up approaches to tracking
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
  • It would be preferable if you’ve had experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and scaling business environments & working across multiple markets
