There is an opportunity to join a leading, global, professional services firm in a Global Senior Key Account Manager role. This position will lead the relationships with key clients that are headquartered in Hong Kong but have a global presence and global stakeholder groups. The position will work and coordinate programs internally while maintaining the highest client satisfaction with a view to account growth externally. The successful candidate will have a strong account management background in the Greater China market.


  • Act as the single global point of contact / coordination for high-value Key Accounts
  • Increase market share and deliver incremental contribution using incentives, initiatives, commitment programmes and marketing activity
  • Leveraging high-value clients relationships by considering upside potential based around cross-selling/up-selling and a focus on delivering a highly engaged global client solution
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the customer's business needs using a variety of sources and identify commercial opportunities both locally and internationally
  • Develop further depth in relationships with Key Accounts and breadth of contacts within those targeted organisations
  • Deliver on agreed sales objectives for each individual account through direct and demonstrable engagement across the target
  • Prepare bespoke strategic plans, encompassing sales, marketing and pricing activities, to maximise opportunities and value for both parties
  • Undertake annual account review and presents findings / recommendations to ­­­­­­­the Group
  • Custom-tailor a suite of services, agreed SLA and education model for Key Accounts specific to the individual target's needs


  • Degree in Law, Economics , Communication or other relevant disciplines
  • 10 years plus experience in business development role gained in corporate services sectors (or any similar professional services industry)
  • Strongly motivated
  • Can deal with C-Level executives, meet customer's expectations and be able to take a hands-on approach to problem solving by using their initiative and available resources to provide customer proposals and solutions
  • Positive attitude to dealing with people and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining work priorities
  • Systematic use of commercial reporting and CRM tools is highly regarded
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
