Are you interested in contributing your analytical skills to one of the global market leaders in the area of thermal management products and in proactively optimising the global sales processes to push forward the company’s growth strategies?
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the sales processes optimisation in alignment with the marketing and sales teams
- Proactively identify areas of processes improvement within the sales processes
- Support teams with developing a tracking and attribution strategy to measure sales and marketing performance
- Support key initiatives / special projects for the sales and marketing teams to assist with the attainment of revenue goals
- Ensure continued learning and training opportunities for the relevant teams and onboard new team members and channel partners
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Proven track record in the successful optimization of organizational sales processes
- Strong analytical skills paired with a high affinity for data and metrics and the ability to translate findings into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both colleagues and managers across all levels
