My client is one of the world's leading consultancies specialising in the recruitment & search vertical. Due to the incumbent Global Marketing Director's maternity leave a senior interim is required to continue to lead and drive the marketing function forward.
The firm owns a portfolio of market leading recruitment brands, each with a niche skills focus and a true heritage in their industry. The firm has seen continued and impressive sales and headcount growth over the past five years, with new office openings across EMEA, APAC & Americas, International offices now totalling 11. The total headcount of the firm now sits at 330, with over 250 employees in client facing, consulting roles.
The Global Marketing Director will be responsible for a £ multi-million budget and a group marketing function of six direct reports. The team are fully responsible for all marketing outputs across earned, paid and owned channels - in addition for all external suppliers, technology and industry partners. The right candidate must be able to display competencies around strong stakeholder management within a highly commercial and driven environment.
Applicants must have forged a successful career within the recruitment & search industry or across the wider professional services / consultancy vertical. A "digital first" mindset is required to continue to develop the marketing output of the team and to review ways of innovating process and creativity.
