Global Marketing Campaigns & Insight Director

A global engineering / construction firm are looking for a Global Marketing Campaigns Director to join their organisation. They are the market leader within their business areas and have achieved year on year growth over the last 10 years meaning you will be joining, not only a reputable business with an excellent footprint, but also a firm that is widely considered as best in class worldwide. This is a truly global leadership role and as such can be based anywhere in the world and travel will be required.

This is a newly created strategic position, leading the global campaigns team, product marketing team and to build and develop a global insight team. You will have full campaign budgetary control and build, plan and implement the global campaign programme across all channels, promoting the regulation and insight based concepts of the organisation to its client audiences.

This is a leadership role, so as well as developing and delivering the campaign programme, you will also have a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring teams both in person and remotely within a matrix organisation. You will be skilled within insights (qual/quant) and providing data led campaigns to support customer conversations and communication. Other key responsibilities include implementing a thought leadership programme that can be used and leveraged across all business areas to increase brand awareness and media/PR coverage.

You will be responsible for key deliverables and business outcomes, working closely with client partners, sales and brand teams to increase sales pipeline through strategic marketing and communications campaigns.

You will need extensive experience working at Director level alongside and influencing C-Suite level stakeholders within a global matrix firm, a proven track record of leadership within B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, outstanding leadership and team management skills and an exceptional experience within developing and implementing brand, campaigns and insight programmes within a similar construction / engineering or professional services organisation.
