The Global Digital Experience Lead (GDEL) will be a strategic role responsible for driving and progressing the firm's digital agenda. Working very closely with senior business leaders across the APAC region to be their voice for all digital experience and platform related issues. The role will be measured on the strategic value added to the business and the customer reach and engagement of digital platforms. It will be the responsibility of the GDEL to determine the road-map of digital platforms and ensure this addresses the needs of institutional focused business lines.
To be successful in this role you must be highly skilled and experienced in managing multiple senior stakeholders across different geographical markets and be a senior strategic digital product expert with solid experience in the financial services industry. Excellent knowledge of how to develop and launch digital platforms on a global scale which can be utilised by an institutional customer will be needed and highlevel digital project management and delivery experience.
