In line with the Saudization scheme, our client is hiring a General Manager of Customer Services who would oversee and promote this idea throughout the organization and keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet their expectations.

Key Functions

  • Overseeing operations, procedures, initiatives, and projects related to customer service.
  • Supervising reception and responding to customer inquiries and complaints received through all communication channels.
  • Oversee the setting of strategic and operational goals and identify all the opportunities to improve the customer services journey.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the client’s strategy and operational objectives by overseeing its implementation and cascading to its own function.
  • Lead the function’s team and ensure the availability of robust governance, policies, procedures, and tools to enable the team and ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represent the client in local, regional, and international committees, meetings, official events, and conferences related to the deputyship’s scope of work.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, PR, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer service operations
