This Events & Project Manager role sits within one of the largest professional services firms globally. The network has fully independent member firms and correspondents in over 116 countries. The selected candidate will be a key member of the Communications team, reporting directly into the Head of Communications, working with senior personnel across the firm.
The Events and Project Manager will with have full logistics responsibility for planning, organising and delivering events. You will support the project leader with each event, to define the core structure and approach, liaising as required with all event stakeholders.
Within this role you will be required to develop a realistic budget for each event, and be responsible for monitoring and spending against this amount. You will identify and book locations, deal with catering and logistical arrangements. This may include engaging in robust negotiations and reviewing with rigour any contracts with suppliers to reduce risk and ensure the best advantage to the firm.
Previous experience within a similar Events & Project Manager role within the professional services would be desirable.
