This role will be a highly influential member of the team - responsible for driving performance and change across the Ecommerce side of the business. You will be highly consultative and motivated by an innate curiosity to increase trading performance via innovation and collaboration.
The role will offer you a platform to challenge existing assumptions, whilst highlighting opportunities to the business for growth and efficiency.
Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders.
Your focus will be developing relationships and ideas that will drive customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
