They are currently interviewing for an

EA / Office Manager / Sales Ops



Primary Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales
  • Management of VP's diary
  • Office Management duties
  • book flights, admin support
  • working closely with marketing team and working with Sales Ops team in Singapore
  • Support the sales function in tracking of sales leads, proposals, contracts and internal and external follow-ups
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and service processes and operations
  • Actively manage and coordinate market intelligence activity
  • Act as liaison and point of contact in organising and co-ordinating of marketing programs and events for Australia and New Zealand region. Work closely with regional marketing team to ensure alignment between programs and requirements from the ANZ sales team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous EA / Office Manager experience
  • Degree in Business or related discipline an advantage
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
