A dynamic opportunity to take charge of awards, recognitions, and directories strategy within a leading US Law Firm. This role is designed for someone who excels in creating compelling submissions, managing industry relationships, and driving strategic initiatives that elevate brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for awards, recognitions, and directories to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Streamline submission processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high success rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business development teams to craft well-positioned submissions that highlight strengths and achievements.
  • Research and identify new award opportunities, evaluating their relevance and potential impact.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gather critical information, conduct research, and build persuasive award entries.
  • Manage relationships with industry researchers, editors, and journalists to strengthen reputation and visibility.
  • Maintain an awards and directories database, tracking participation, results, and trends to inform future strategy.
  • Analyse award outcomes, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Work alongside communications teams to promote award wins through marketing channels for maximum impact.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, communications, or awards management, preferably within a legal environment.
  • Strong understanding of award and directory submissions, including best practices for maximising success.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling narratives.
  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building relationships with industry publications, editors, and award organizers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of awards-tracking tools is a plus.
