A fantastic new opportunity for a Director of IR to join a company pre IPO and develop and execute a leading IR strategy, located in Dubai.

A hugely exciting new role in a fast growing, young business based in Dubai. You will report in to the Group CFO and build an IR strategy for the group to engage with its equity and debt investment community internationally. You will manage the relationships with institutional shareholders, equity analysts and credit rating agencies. The role requires the management and development of all materials for results including results announcements, presentations, annual reports, scripts, Q&As. You will be the key point of contact for investor enquiries, and will lead all investor targeting with the aim of building out a high quality, international dispersed share register. A financial calendar of events will be built including a range of conferences, sales forces, roadshows and investor meetings. You will be responsible for creating and presenting regular board reports including updates on market sentiment, analyst forecasts and share price movements. You will manage a team of 3 in this role.

The role requires precision and clarity in all communications to effectively disseminate the equity story to the investment community. You must have previous experience within an IR or capital markets capacity for an international listed business. The role requires a high level of financial literacy and the ideal candidate must have strong analytical experience. Understanding of Arabic is desirable but not essential and a knowledge of the Middle East would be beneficial. The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced, high energy company who has experience managing senior stakeholders.
