Director Investment Portfolio

Carter Murray is working with a Saudi government entity to find a Director of Portfolio Investments in Riyadh.

The Director of Portfolio Investments will be responsible for monetising/commercialising government assets. Our client has over 400 land banks they are looking do utilise and develop as part of Vision 2030.

They are looking for a candidate who comes from a real estate/developer background who can activate the MOMRA Land Leasing Policy as well as Highest and Best Use studies.

You will oversee a team within the investment portfolio department and report into the Assistant Deputy Ministry of Investment & Strategy.

The role is based full time in Riyadh and due to Saudisation targets you MUST be a Saudi National to be considered.

• Experience in real estate or a related industry is required.
• Only candidates with 10+ years of experience will be considered.
