DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER / WEBSITE MANAGEMENT – FINANCIAL SERVICES

Excellent opportunity to join the digital marketing team of a leading global asset management organisation. You will play a key role in digital product management, with a focus on website management, though you will have broader involvement in other areas of digital marketing to include social media, campaigns and email marketing.

You will play a critical role in managing activity for the European and US arm of the business, while collaborating with the wider global marketing team

You’ll have solid expertise in website management as well as experience in other areas of digital to include social media, campaigns and email marketing. Experience should come from financial services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the group’s existing web platforms for the EMEA & US region, ensuring content is updated, SEO effective, compliant and reflective of brand and broader campaign strategies. Includes management of the French and German language websites
  • Manage the development of new global and regional websites developed as part of the business growth strategy, including agency liaison, IT liaison and stakeholder management
  • Implement SEO strategies, working with agencies and internal teams to implement SEO best practice initiatives
  • Manage and implement analytics and report back to stakeholders on MI
  • Regularly monitor the customer experience to execute initiatives that will improve the user journey, making recommendations and implementing where appropriate
  • Become the regional subject matter expert on website design and UX
  • Work alongside Channel Marketing teams to create, review and optimise content, utilising data visualisation to present complex data in an engaging format
  • Manage the digital technology suite to ensure its effective integration and optimal use within the organisation to meet regional marketing objectives, including Email Service Providers and Salesforce integrations
  • Manage a program of enhancements with the global Digital Product team and Technology
  • Support the development and growth of social and email marketing strategies

Experience required

  • Track record in digital product management / website management and implementing digital marketing initiatives that deliver ROI – able to operate at a strategic and operational level
  • Proven track record in website management and in particular managing websites for several sub brands in the same organisation
  • Digital /web management experience should come from the investment management and/or wider financial services sector (pref B2B)
  • Experience managing multi-lingual websites would be an advantage
  • Broader digital marketing experience to include knowledge of Social Media strategy and Email Service Providers including CRM integration. Demonstrated knowledge of the digital ecosystem and how CRM, web, mobile, social, search, and external channels integrate and work together to form omni-channel client experiences
  • Advanced understanding of content management systems and experience in web content management, testing and publishing is essential
  • Experience supporting SEO programs with website content and metadata
  • Ability to manage external data sources via APIs and present via websites
  • Experience working with user centric design and developer customer journey maps
  • Good knowledge of UX principles and experience in developing UX programs. Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and common platforms Jira, Confluence, Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Suite
  • Good knowledge and experience of implementing Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager. and analysing and presenting data to derive insights
