You will report to the CMO and work closely with the wider marketing team as well as other senior stakeholders across the business. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating new digital designs for the external website - this will involve working closely with the product and marketing teams to improve customer engagement, usability and conversion
- Working closely with the front-end developers on website design to ensure that the build is aligned with branding and UX objectives
- Working with the wider marketing team to design innovative digital solutions that meet briefs for eCRM, display banners, and social advertising
- Take ownership of the brand guidelines and work with the brand manager to be the visionary and guardian, maintaining brand consistency whilst evolving the brand where needs be
In order to be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role working in an organisation where there is a heavy emphasis on the ecommerce function and digital acquisition. You will have created dynamic display banners, email templates, and will be experienced using HTML5. Your communication skills will be excellent and you will be happy working in a fast-paced environment. An online portfolio is necessary to be considered for this role.
