Digital CRM Executive
This Digital CRM Executive role sits within a leading independent legal firm. This role will be a core part of the newly created sales team that will support and optimise the proactive approach to commercial growth, taking on the digital account management.
Within this Digital CRM Executive role you will support the collection of data and programmatic marketing campaign activation, help to implement, and devise lead generation process to drive new business and well as establish optimal data collection strategies across the practice areas. You will also be responsible for Designing responsive reporting with the CRM & Sales Manager to support efficient measurement of email campaigns and with Marketing to understand and improve open rates, click rates, and response rates across various marketing initiatives and research, manage, nurture and convert leads and prospects into opportunities and triage as appropriate to generate pipeline reports using marketing automation platforms.
The successful candidate for this role will have strong digital skills, with experience using InterAction/MS Dynamics from a legal and/or professional services environment.
