A best in class SaaS technology business that work extensively within the professional services sector are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join them on their growth journey. They have a truly flexible culture with work/life balance and remote working. People are at the heart of their business, whether that is providing excellent customer service to their clients or ensuring that they are continuously developing their employees and encouraging their growth alongside the business. They have stunning London/Surrey offices, most of your time will be spent working from their office or on-site in their prestigious client's offices.
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients after the sale, this will be from working with the tech team from the initial project management of the implementation of the software right the way through to renewal of the subscription. The subscription life-cycles vary from 2-3 years, within that time-frame, your job will be to understand the product and how it can benefit the client, get to know the clients pain-points and work with them on how they can use all aspects of the product. This will ensure that the a true partnership is formed leading to an increased client retention rate and subscription renewal. Your key stakeholders will be HR Directors and HR Managers but you will need to be a natural relationship builder across each firm within your portfolio.
You will also be targeted on the sales and upselling of your portfolio.
To apply for this role, you will be a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager. You will have a track record of managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining relationships, upselling and demonstratable targets, structured project management and ideally a working knowledge of Professional Service Firms, SaaS platforms and/or working closely with HR contacts within a professional service environment. You will enjoy providing first class customer service, ideas & solutions and be customer focused. This is a largely client facing role which will include hosting workshops, troubleshooting and ensuring the customer receives a first class experience at all times whilst maximising revenue.
