Enterprise Customer Success Manager
£50,000 + bonus + shares
Carter Murray has exclusively partnered with a global B2B SaaS company that focuses on accelerating global growth for their clients. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to develop long-term relationships with their assigned enterprise clients and to manage the successful delivery of the service.
Looking after the big Enterprises of the business, focusing on 20-30 accounts at a time, growing that relationship and driving revenue.
- Be the first point of contact for your clients, solving all issues and ensuring an efficient process from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become the trusted advisor with key account holders
- Being proactive with business opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and expansion opportunities with existing clients
- Performance reports and analysing KPI’s for the client
- Using your knowledge of the business to support the client’s journey, making strategic, marketing and operational decisions
- Providing clients with strategic insights based on market trends
- Liaise between your clients and the internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of the platform
- Experience in Account Management or Customer Success Manager
- Previous experience of managing accounts with high end luxury brands
- Ideally experience in a B2B software/SaaS company
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time
- Experience in generating revenue from existing clients
- Experience of delivering client focused solutions based on the customer needs
- Ability to work with multiple senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and able to present data back to clients
- The ability to influence at all levels within a company
