The Insights Manager will work with the wider team to create and gather information, creating a deep understanding of customers. The role will also look externally to understand the wider world in which their customers live in, and the social and economic changes that might influence how they operate in the future. The role will deliver, implement and communicate customer insight and research across the business and will contribute to the development and implementation of strategy through analysis of performance and assessment of the current offerings to make recommendations of improvements to the business and wider marketing teams. The role will also support the delivery of customer centric initiatives by understanding what matters most to customers, by briefing and managing research. Along with the wider team the role holder will work to shape marketing activity such as segmentation, communications, proposition development by providing an understanding of the customer through focused research and insight.
To be successful in this role you must have solid marketing research or customer experience, ideally within the financial services sector or in serving financial services clients in a market research agency. Customer insight, analytical and statistical experience will be essential along with ability to use market and customer insight strategically to drive change. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills and be experienced in building strong internal relationships and multiple stakeholder management. Proven experience in project management will be required. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
