A fast growing start-up has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various online channels (Facebook, Instagram…).
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing the company's products to be able to answer all questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.

Qualifications, experience, and skills:

  • Fluent in English with excellent writing skills.
  • General education degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with customer support ideally for an online business.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
