Customer Insight Executive

A leading, multi-site UK consumer brand, within the retail and leisure sector, are looking for a Customer Insight Executive. You will be key in delivering unrivalled customer service by providing an accurate understanding of customers and delivering relevant clear and actionable insights.
You will provide support from concept to go live planning and will quickly take on ownership of key research programmes managing those independently.
- Confident presentation skills including proficiency in developing engaging presentations with PowerPoint
- Passionate and inquisitive about new technology
- Educated to degree level or with relevant professional qualifications (i.e. CIM, Marketing Society, MRS etc.) or relevant industry experience
- At least 1 years' experience working in consumer insight
- Excellent numeracy skills and competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
