I have a brilliant opportunity to join a leading European retail organisation in a newly created Customer Experience Manager role. The role is responsible for managing customer experience projects from end to end. Projects will cover everything from facilities, services, products and digital innovations with the prime ambition of increasing visits, dwell time and spend.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have a background in retail and who understands the customer journey. You must have evidence of being insight driven with the ability to develop and deliver strategic projects from end to end. Stakeholder management and strong influencing skills are imperative to get buy in from operations.
This is a 1 year FTC paying up to £60,000 depending on experience. The role is based at head office in central London with occasional UK visits to retail destinations.
