I have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Manager to join an exciting small media business during a time of new direction and growth.
The role is responsible for developing and managing the customer and email marketing strategy with the objective of raising awareness of the brand, education around the business, increasing sales and upgrades as well as improving retention and loyalty.
I am looking for someone who has experience with customer contact channels especially email, who has worked with customer research and who can manage data driven marketing campaigns. Experience working with an Email Service Provider (Dotmailer is preferable) as well as good knowledge of HTML coding.
